We are looking for a Marketing Virtual Administrative Assistant who will be working closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brand. The successful candidate will perform various tasks, such as researching, compiling and reporting on market data and trends, copywriting for marketing materials, creating and presenting graphs, and assisting with marketing events. They will also liaise with other departments to gather information that informs marketing strategies.
This role will be remote and working during regular business hours of 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Japan time.

Objectives of the role:
Provide support to the marketing team or manager by contributing to marketing campaigns and projects
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing activities
What you will work on
Email Marketing: managing email campaigns, creating and sending newsletters, tracking performance metrics, and managing email lists
Analytics and Reporting: analyzing and reporting on marketing campaigns and strategies, using tools like Google Analytics, and providing insights and recommendations for improvements
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): managing and updating customer data, implementing marketing automation in emails, and analyzing customer behavior to improve marketing strategies
Communication: communicating with clients, vendors, and internal team members to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects and campaigns
Administrative support: providing administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files
Our ideal candidate
A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or marketing role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
High proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, file management systems, Google Ads, digital marketing platforms, etc.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
A proactive and problem-solving mindset
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
