We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Marketing Specialist with a strong background in partnerships, outreach, copywriting, Google Ads, digital marketing, and translation. The ideal candidate should be a native Japanese speaker, with business level English proficiency and have a deep understanding of the Japanese market and culture. Tokyo Academics operates fully in English with an International work culture.

What you will work on
Identify and develop new business partnerships to drive growth and revenue
Manage, maintain existing partnerships while making new ones to ensure strong relationships
Create and execute marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
Write and edit copy for various marketing materials such as email campaigns, website content, and social media posts
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
Utilize digital marketing tools and techniques to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the website
Translate marketing materials from English to Japanese and vice versa
Reach out to schools and establish partnerships with schools
Give presentations and answer questions
Our ideal candidate
Native fluency in Japanese
Working English proficiency
Proven experience in partnerships, outreach, copywriting, Google Ads, digital marketing, and translation, etc.
Strong understanding of the Japanese market and culture
Experience in a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in marketing and project management tools
