We are looking for an energetic, positive individual to help facilitate the office environment for students, parents, and tutors. You will be acting as the first point of contact for visitors of the office, ensuring that no details are overlooked and experience is first class. This role will be working onsite at our office in Nishiazabu, during our regular business hours of 10:00AM to 7:00 PM JST

What you will work on
Daily calendar management
Email/phone coordination and scheduling for internal and external meetings
Point of contact facilities maintenance including cleaning services, work orders, and building access
Office mail & package delivery signing and distribution
Office space organization & maintenance
Office supplies inventory and organization
Basic IT maintenance, such as maintenance of office printers and security equipment (cameras, smart locks, etc.)
Other tasks as requested by management

Bilingual - Conversational/business level Japanese and fluent level English
Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
